Richard Jean

Richard is a Retired US. Army Veteran with 22 years of service and specialized in Logistics Operation, Program, Risk and Security Management with proven results in Deployed Theatre of Operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Guantanamo , and Haiti. Richard served as a Deputy Program Manager for two INL’s Support Program for the Haitian National Police. He is also experienced as a Force Protection Advisor, Quality System Management and Emergency Operations Center.
